ICYMI: Governor Cuomo Attends UJA Federation New York’s Mayoral Candidate Forum

This is an international phenomenon but let New York be the place where we stand up and say, ‘Not Here, Not in New York.’

Governor Cuomo, candidate for Mayor of New York City, yesterday evening was in attendance at the UJA Federation New York’s Mayoral Candidate Forum moderated by Josh Kraushaar and Lisa Keys. The forum focused on Governor Cuomo’s policy proposals on combating antisemitism, enhancing public safety and quality of life for Jewish New Yorkers, and his aggressive stance against boycott, divestment, and sanctions against Israel. As governor, Cuomo championed the ‘No Hate in Our State’ initiative, strengthened hate crime laws, and directed significant state investment toward security upgrades and community support programs for Jewish institutions, reaffirming his administration’s commitment to combating antisemitism and fostering inclusion. As mayor, Cuomo will draw on this record and continue to set an international standard, standing in solidarity with the Jewish community around the world.
