Governor Cuomo Receives Endorsement of Far Rockaway Jewish Alliance
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, candidate for Mayor of New York City, today received the endorsement of the Far Rockaway Jewish Alliance, the largest Orthodox Jewish group in Queens.
“I'm proud to have the support of the Far Rockaway Jewish Alliance, which is a testament to the special relationship I have with the Orthodox community,” said Governor Cuomo. “My support for Israel is unwavering and as Mayor I will fight antisemitism wherever it exists. Silence is complicity — New York City must lead the way forward to make it clear that we have zero tolerance for antisemitic acts, and I will make sure that nothing ever comes between New Yorkers' special relationship with the Jewish state of Israel.”
