NEW YORK, N.Y. — Andrew M. Cuomo, candidate for Mayor of New York City, today released his final ad of the 2025 mayoral campaign — “New Day” — an optimistic and forward-looking message about restoring safety, affordability, and unity to the city he has devoted his life to serving.

In the 30-second closing spot, Cuomo lays out his clear vision for a new day in New York City: 5,000 additional police officers on the streets, helping restore public safety; getting the homeless off the streets and into the help they need; and building 500,000 new affordable homes to finally tackle the city’s housing crisis.

The ad underscores Cuomo’s lifelong record of uniting, not dividing — and his unmatched ability to deliver real results for New Yorkers.

The full script of the ad can be found below:

“Life in New York is tough right now.

Candidates who need on the job training can’t fix it.

I see a new day just over the horizon.

With 5,000 more cops on the beat, the homeless off the streets, and 500,000 new affordable homes.

Bringing New Yorkers together – by unifying, not dividing.

Join me, and let’s build a better New York starting on Day 1!”

The ad reminds voters to find Andrew Cuomo on the ballot under the “Fight and Deliver” line to ensure their votes count.

The high six-figure ad buy will air across broadcast, cable, and digital platforms citywide through Election Day.
