Andrew Cuomo made a stop in Madison County on his "Drive" tour, endorsing local reformers and warning voters not to get complacent.

Cuomo told the crowd of supporters that his administration's first task would be to implement a "fiscal diet" in Albany.
“The state government has to learn the same lesson that every family, every business has learned in this crisis,” he said. “The government needs to live within its means. And the answer is not new taxes.”
Just 10 days from the general election, Cuomo expressed confidence but warned supporters not to become complacent.
“Fear and anger are a very powerful motivator,” he said. “We have to make sure the voice of reason gets to the polls too.”
