Cuomo's Unveils 'Urban Agenda' in Amsterdam News

"[W]ithout strong and vibrant urban communities, we won’t achieve our goal of providing opportunities for all New Yorkers," Andrew Cuomo writes, introducing the main principles of his Urban Agenda. "My [Urban] agenda recognizes our need to address chronic problems of underserved communities."
