by Cuomo 2010

"Andrew understands what businesses -- both large and small -- need to grow and thrive in New York, which is what he laid out in his NY Works Agenda and what he will achieve as Governor," Council President Ken Adams said today in Syracuse, "enthusiastically" supporting Cuomo.

Cuomo joined the leaders at Ultra Dairy, a facility that bottles milk, cream and ice cream, where he talked about economic development issues, including how to retain business and attract new development to Upstate New York as well as the need for a property tax cap for overburdened New Yorkers.
