Watch Video: Andrew Cuomo's Plan to Clean Up Albany

by Cuomo 2010

The Cuomo Campaign today announced it will air the second in a series of TV ads, this one focusing on Cuomo’s ethics reform plan, in order to build support for Cuomo’s New NY Agenda.

Included in Cuomo’s 20-point ethics plan:

- Fight the influence of lobbyists and special interests by lowering contribution limits and restricting lobbyists' contributions during the legislative session.

- Provide for independent investigations of the Executive Branch and Legislature

- Outlaw pay-to-play where individuals and corporations who do business with the state have inappropriate access.

- Create an independent redistricting panel to keep politics out of the process of establishing legislative districts.
